K started her birthday morning at 4am with a shout to Tewkesbury. I eventually met up with her a 10.30am then we went to see T4 on the beach at Weston -super-mare.

Today was the day of our works summer fete and here are some people taking part in that well known pastime of "space hopper racing". Look at them go!!

A recce shot for a job I'm working on. This was taken at K's field where we're doing a photoshoot in a couple of weeks.

It was two days before the works summer party. The theme was country fete, so we each had to create a stand/stall. I ended up doing "horseshoe pitching" and K helped out loads by providing the horseshoes, painting them and buying 25 coconuts from Tescos, which didn't embarrass her at all.

My friend Sarah asked me to take some photos of various pins for her business website, so this was also a good opportunity to get a close up shot of loads of pins, for my own artistic pleasure.

Went to the local pub to celebrate a friends "unofficial" birthday, whilst I was outside chatting on the phone to K (she was at work) I notice this amazing sunset.

Today Heidi, Vanessa, Kyla and I did the 5km Race for Life at Plock Court in Gloucester. It was just a sea of pink, really wonderful to see so many people running for or in memory of loved ones.

Now I know it doesn't look like I took this shot, but I did. Top tip...Never wear a necklace under a wetsuit and swim 1500m... it hurts!!

Ok technically I didn't take this photo as I am the one on the left, but it was my first open water triathlon and I was very nervous. The triathlon was the longest I'd ever done...1500m swim, 27 mile cycle and a 6 mile run. I slept well that night. K was the official photographer today.

I couldn't sleep, had a migrane, KC needed a walk and it was 4.30am! We came across this sign for a missing cat. Hope they found it.
